How much do you need to get started in property investing?
For Mortgage Purchases:
Investing in property with a mortgage involves covering essential expenses such as the deposit, stamp duty land tax, legal fees, refurbishment costs (if required), and the sourcing fee. To initiate your journey with us, we recommend having a minimum cash reserve of £40,000. However, having £45,000 at your disposal widens your access to a broader market. This figure is a comprehensive estimate, factoring in all associated costs.
Considering Cash Purchases:
A minimum of approximately £100,000 is advised to navigate the property investment landscape effectively.
What is the property sourcing process?
1. Start by signing up for our exclusive mail list. If you prefer a tailored approach, leave your number for a discovery call to discuss your specific needs.
2. As your property sourcer, we identify high-yielding and high ROI investment opportunities. We handle everything from viewings to negotiating the best purchase price. Each property undergoes rigorous quality checks, and you receive a comprehensive brochure with numbers, images, and video walk-throughs.
3. Once satisfied, pay the sourcing fee. You have a 14-day refundable cooling-off period to conduct your due diligence and ensure your confidence in the investment.
What is your complaints policy
We will try to solve any disagreements or complaints quickly and efficiently and acknowledge receipt of any complaint within 2 working days together with a full response within 15 days. Should you wish to make a complaint please email bkosourcingltd@gmail.com with the subject line "Complaint" and a response will be provided as above. If, after following our formal complaints procedure (above), you are dissatisfied with our responses, we are also members of The Property Investors Mediation Service (PIMS), which is an independent organisation providing redress and mediation for property investors and property entrepreneurs.
